1. Look at the MLS listing - ask your self
  A. Would you buy you home?
  B. Is the description GREAT ? 
  C. Are there good pitchers of your property? 
  D. Are there enough pitchers of your property? 
  E. Is it priced right? - This is the most important - The wrong price and your property will become stale.
 
2. Do you have signs leading buyers to your home? 
  A. Do the signs look good? 
  
3. Do buyer that call off the sign get fast answers on your property or are they directed to other properties? 

4. Is other marketing being done? 
   A. newspaper ads 
   B. Craigslist 
   C. Craigslist in other cities
 
5. Are the Realtors fee correct? 
  A. Is the buyer agent fee attracting the agents? This can be adjusted to fit your needs
